'Kick' is White Rose Movement's first and final album, which is real unfortunate because this album has kick-ass basslines and drumming that's catchy as hell! Tracks such as "Girls in the Back" and "Love Is a Number" are immediately memorable and have such an attitude to it that remains throughout the album. They hit harder than they miss, and the misses aren't total losses either. Finn's vocals are really nice here, and the mixing/production is really good across the board. It can get a little messy in a couple of spots, but it isn't a common occurrence.

I'll admit that the sound gets a tad bit repetitive as you near the final few tracks on the B-side, as the album can get too consistent and often make tracks sound really similar to each-other. That's only for the B-side though, I don't think the "once you've heard one, you've heard 'em all" argument applies here. This was a really enjoyable listen to me and it's definitely a hidden gem in the dance-punk/new rave genre.
